The mission of Franklin Health & Fitness Center is to provide excellence in facilities, programs and services to help members achieve their maximum potential for health and fitness.
We have a multi-focused approach to health and fitness through disease prevention and rehabilitation. Members are able to enter at any level of fitness and be trained to improve and progress at their own pace and ability.
We utilize a skilled and caring staff from the front desk workers, fitness trainers and aerobic instructors, to the nurses and therapists who operate the rehabilitation programs. Our staff have appropriate certifications and many have master degrees in speciality training areas. Individualized instruction is available at an additional fee for those who want one-on-one sessions with our Personal Trainers or our Aquatics Instructors.
